Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rocky Mountain Crystallization Music Festival as a vendor. Arts and crafts vendors, merchandise and advocacy booths will be located in the Quixotes Venue. We anticipate a sell out audience of 1000 people per night will be at Cervantes and Quixotes to experience Rocky Mountain Crystallization’s impressive musical lineup.

Boogie Down Productions prides itself in offering an eclectic mix of arts and crafts for their fans. Be sure to give a description of your goods along with pricing, and include a photo of your booth. You may also send samples of your products to the address below. If you are accepted, you will be contacted shortly with additional information on guidelines and set-up procedures.

ARTS AND CRAFTS VENDOR FEE INFORMATION
Arts and Crafts Vending Fee is $ 200 for a single booth (10' x 8') the Vending Zone will be in Quixote's and consist of multiple booths, and all vendors will have a prime location with 10' of frontage. The fees cover all two days of the festival, and vending booth must be open the entire duration of the event.
The Vending fee includes:
- A 10’ wide x 8’ deep booth space inside Quioxtes with side & back wall for display.
- (1) 110 volt basic electric hookup (15 amp).
- (2) two-Day Vending passes for the event.
- Please advise Vending Director of any specific needs upon submission of application.
- The selection of specific booth location is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and at the discretion of Rocky Mountain Crystallization Music Festival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL VENDORS
1. Vendors shall submit the required booth application.
2. Load-in times: Friday September 12th, 10am.
3. Due to increased security measures: Do not leave backpacks, packages, boxes, or bags unattended outside your booth at any time.
4. Vendors are required to be open Friday September 12 from 8pm-2am, and on Saturday September 13 from 8pm-2am.
5. The sale of food or beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited.
6. All vendors shall park in designated Vending Parking area.
7. Vendors are required to participate in the Greening and Waste Management plans by separating their garbage, using onsite recycle bins and reducing their overall waste at the festival.
8. The 10’x8 space will be strictly enforced, no back-stock or placement of products anywhere outside of your booth please.
9. Limited electricity will be provided for lighting, please no harsh lighting treatments.
